Role Description 

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be a key member of our in-house Salesforce team, responsible for optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will analyze business processes, design solutions, and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across various departments & enterprise applications.

Responsibilities 

• CPQ Configuration:

• • Product Catalog Management: Manage and maintain the product catalog within Salesforce CPQ, ensuring it accurately reflects the organization’s offerings.
  • Configuration Rules and Dependencies: Design and implement configuration rules to guide the sales team in accurately configuring products based on customer requirements.
  • Pricing and Discount Management: Configure and manage pricing structures.
  • Quote Generation and Document Management
  • Approval Workflows: Configure and manage approval workflows to ensure that quotes adhere to organizational policies and compliance requirements.
    
    
• Salesforce Administration:
• • Perform system administration tasks, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, and data management.
  • Proactively monitor and optimize system performance to ensure a reliable and scalable Salesforce environment.
  • Implement and manage security measures, including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security.
  • Create and customize reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators.
  • Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, and picklist values based on business requirements.
  • Document configuration changes, processes, and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications 

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Certified Administrator 
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
