Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products and/or services. This person will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.  This role will require working backwards from the customer to the initial steps of every project to maximize results.  The role will require using the Toyota Production System as a means to analyze and improve results.  You are willing to challenge the status quo and think ‘outside the box’ for creative solutions that set us apart from the competition.


The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Experience using WordPress and Elementor to update and create new web content, including landing pages, forms, product information, and graphics.
• Implement conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Assist with the promotion and administrative activities related to in-person and digital events. 

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing for a SaaS company. Automotive Industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with Hubspot including creating, managing, and reporting on campaigns is required.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
