Customer Thread: User & Group Subscriptions

Benefits

Customer thread subscription changes:

• More cleanly subscribe a group to a customer thread. In the past, users were subscribed separately along with the “group” user.
• Now, only the group will need to be subscribed and all current users in the group will be automatically subscribed to all the customer threads that the group is subscribed to.
• Any changes to users in the group will automatically update the group subscriptions to customer threads.
