Never let a call disappear because of a sick employee! Now managers have the ability to delegate client conversations to other team members during any absences.

Managers now will have a top-level view of the Out of Office status of each of your team members. If an SA calls in sick, you can simply transfer all their customer communications to an SA of your choice. When the SA return to work, they can simply mark themselves back in office and take back all their customer communications.
