Role Description:
As a Junior Application Setup Consultant, you will play a key role in the Customer Engagement Management team at myKaarma, working to support dealership clients by configuring and optimizing our software to meet their unique needs. You will be responsible for managing dealership setup configurations, addressing scheduling and workflow needs, and collaborating closely with the Scheduler and Service Cart teams to enhance the customer experience. This role offers the chance to work within the automotive SaaS space and develop expertise in dealership fixed operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealership Support & Configuration: Assist dealerships post-setup with tailored configurations, addressing day-to-day needs in scheduling, shop flow, and product adjustments to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Engagement Management, Scheduler, and Service Cart teams to meet dealership requirements and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on training processes, contribute to the improvement of customer and internal documentation, and assist other team members in strengthening their product knowledge to better support dealerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in supporting customers through setup, troubleshooting, or configuration assistance.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Forms, Sheets, etc.), and effective communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations or customer service principles

Nice to Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in automotive dealerships, fixed operations, or SaaS customer support is highly valued.
  • Experience with third-party scheduling or multi-point inspection software.
  • Experience or knowledge of myKaarma’s suite of products, including our internal “Admin Tool” portal.
