Job Description: Product Manager:
Manage the design, development, and testing of new product features for the company’s suite of automotive software products.

  • Meet directly with customers to understand business requirements, user needs, and pain points with existing technology products.
  • Provide technical expertise to different cross-functional teams such as business 
  • Provide technical expertise to different cross-functional teams such as business development, operations, support, product, sales and engineering.
  • Prepare project plans and technical project documents to ensure project deliverable schedules are met and that the software engineering team conforms to architecture plans.
  • Monitor team members’ workload via JIRA ticketing to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and resolve any schedule or resource complications as they arise.
  • Prepare project status reports and present reports to the management team and client in order to keep all parties informed as to the project status.
  • Work with company engineers to implement user tracking and analytics events into company products and integrate analytics into company’s internal database.
  • Troubleshoot new or existing product problems involving data elements and debugging issues with third party vendors and API integration logs.
  • Meet with customers and technology stakeholders to gauge 
  • Meet with customers and technology stakeholders to gauge satisfaction with new features.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technological advances and trends in the IT industry.

Requirements:
The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Product Management, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related position. This requirement may be substituted with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Product Management, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related position. The position requires skills and knowledge in MySQL, Python, JIRA, Confluence, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office (Excel). The position requires little travel – 24% of the work time several days but less than 60 days per year.
40 hours/week. Wage range: $130,853.00 – $140,000.00 per year.
