Role Description:

We are looking for a driven and analytical Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping myKaarma’s go-to-market teams identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies by working backwards from customer needs. You will embody a Customer-First mindset, using data and analytics to streamline processes and ensure the best possible outcomes for both the company and our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-performance environment, embraces our “TPS” philosophy of continuous improvement, and is passionate about leveraging data to drive meaningful business results.


The Sales Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • Conduct data gathering and in-depth analysis to support go-to-market teams in identifying growth opportunities and driving business development.

  • Drive customer upgrade effort by validating current customer prices, packages, and active products and map to new packages.

  • Upload and validate various lead lists for use in Hubspot and Salesforce.

  • Prepare and synthesize sales reports, transforming complex data into actionable insights for presentations and strategic discussions.

  • Oversee Salesforce reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while proactively recommending enhancements and new fields to adapt to the evolving needs of stakeholders.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales performance and inform decision-making.

  • Document and continuously update sales processes, procedures, and best practices, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives.

  • Develop detailed reports and visually compelling presentations to effectively communicate sales performance metrics, market trends, and sales forecasts to stakeholders.

  • Provide operational support to the Sales Operations Manager, assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Working knowledge of Gong, Mixmax, Salesforce Preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis

  • A keen eye for detail is necessary for quality assurance and to ensure the accuracy of reports and analyses.
