Role Description: As an Accounts Development Representative for our OEM Accounts Team, we are looking for entrepreneurial risk-takers who can handle a variety of tasks, from event coordination to legal and product launch coordination. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and ensure the smooth operation of our OEM accounts and related activities.
The ADR-OEM Team will be responsible for the following:
Reporting and Analytics
Manage OEM periodic reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Debug and troubleshoot reporting issues
Track product launch statistics and key milestones
Address and remediate OEM churn reports
Create and maintain OEM section in management weekly meetings
Event Management
Coordinate with VP/Directors for event attendees
Handle hotel reservations, SWAG orders, and dinner reservations
Manage sponsorship recommendations and payments
Legal and Administrative
Liaise with legal team for contracts and related matters
Maintain OEM tear sheets and dealer codes
Coordinate with Salesforce team for task automation
Manage admin tool OEM access and maintenance
Product and Client Relations
Conduct product demonstrations for clients and internal teams based around OEM specific ties.
Monitor and coordinate API status for OEM clients
Prepare materials for OEM update meetings
Coordinate with internal groups for installations that involve new/existing OEM requirements
Ensure successful pilot programs (e.g., Ramsey Subaru and Volvo installation)
Internal Communication and Documentation
Maintain up-to-date OEM org charts in Salesforce
Keep home.mykaarma.com updated with tear sheets and OEM assignments
Take notes at meetings and store Gong recording URLs
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years’ experience in project management, ideally in the automotive or SaaS industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with Salesforce and other project management tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
