1. Sponsor

The Tech Video 2026 Contest (the “Contest“) is sponsored by Kaarya LLC d/b/a myKaarma (“Sponsor“). Sponsor is the sole sponsor and administrator of the Contest.

Amazon is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, this Contest.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to eligible dealership technicians who are legal residents of the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada, and who are able to participate from those jurisdictions at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, as well as dealership advisors, service managers, and immediate family members or household members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on March 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Contest Period“).

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, eligible participants must complete the official contest entry form during the Contest Period and provide the requested information, including a valid repair order (RO) number corresponding to an eligible technical service video.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted outside the Contest Period are void.

5. Judging and Winner Selection

This is a skill-based contest, not a game of chance, where odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Judging decisions are final and binding, and entries will be judged in two stages:

  1. Initial screening conducted by Sponsor’s internal team based on technical video criteria.
  2. Final judging conducted by a panel of Sponsor-selected judges based on predefined scoring criteria covering technical quality, and content breadth and quality.

6. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive one $500 Amazon® Gift Card (approximate retail value: $500 USD each). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $2,500 USD. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email on or before April 30, 2026. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial, or local taxes.

9. Publicity and Rights

By entering, participants grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from submitted materials for marketing, promotional, and business purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy available here

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

12. Jurisdiction-Specific Disclosures

Canada

This Contest is void where prohibited. Skill-testing requirements may apply. Canadian winners may be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner.

United States – State-Specific Notices

Massachusetts: Void where prohibited. Sponsor is responsible for fulfillment of all prizes.

New York & Florida: This Contest is skill-based and does not constitute a lottery.

13. Governing Law

Except where prohibited, this Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
