This Business to Business (B2B) Communication and Privacy Policy describes myKaarma’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of information myKaarma receives and/or collects when it electronically communicates with a commercial enterprise, including its directors, officers, owners, contractors and employees (collectively “a Business”). This B2B Communication and Privacy Policy is utilized under the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1798.145, and as a general exception to the regulatory requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, California Civil Code Section 1798.100, et seq. myKaarma’s collection, use and disclosure of information occurs when the communications relate to myKaarma’s provision of services to a Business.

Your ongoing communication with myKaarma expresses your Business’ consent to this B2B Communication and Privacy Policy.  myKaarma may contact you or your Business using any electronic means including via email or text message. If you wish to stop receiving text messages from myKaarma then simply reply STOP to the text message.  If you wish to stop receiving emails from myKaarma then follow the UNSUBSCRIBE instructions set forth in myKaarma’s email communications.  

myKaarma usually communicates with Businesses through electronic means.  During the course and scope of these communications, myKaarma may be provided with access to or may actively collect information that can be used to contact or identify a particular Business.  This information may include, but is not limited to email addresses, first and last names, phone numbers, Business street address, City, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, Usage Data, etc.  Usage Data may include information such as a Business’ Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of myKaarma’s service that a Business visits, the time and date of such visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.  When a Business communicates with myKaarma electronically, myKaarma may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device used, mobile device unique ID, the IP address of the mobile device, the mobile operating system utilized, the type of mobile Internet browser used, and other unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

myKaarma protects the security of the data it collects and undertakes commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss and use of such data. Businesses utilizing the services provided by myKaarma understand that they are solely responsibility to protect the security of their access credentials to such services.  Access Credentials should not be shared.  On a shared computer, users should always logout to prevent unauthorized access to data.

myKaarma maintains the right to analyze, manipulate and retain data collected and/or received from a Business.  In addition, myKaarma maintains the right to analyze, manipulate and retain any reports, compilations, or analyses that it creates from such data (collectively “Analyses”).   This policy does not give any business any right, title, license, or interest to any works (including software, algorithms, data structures, and schema used to analyze and manipulate data) and myKaarma shall have sole and exclusive ownership of such works and all Analyses.  myKaarma does not sell the information it collects but it may share such information internally or with its partners and affiliates.  

myKaarma may update this policy from time to time. We will notify your business of any changes by posting the new policy on myKaarma’s webpage.  You are advised to review this B2B Communication and Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on myKaarma’s website.
