myKaarma Earns Stellantis Mopar Service Gateway Certification, Expanding Connected Service Lane Capabilities
The Mopar Service Gateway is designed to make service interactions more efficient and convenient, and integrations with key SLT partners like myKaarma play an important role in delivering that value.
myKaarma, the leading customer interaction and payments platform for automotive dealerships, today announced it has earned certification as a Service Lane Technology (SLT) partner for Stellantis’ Mopar Service Gateway (MSG). The certification connects myKaarma with MSG, bringing Stellantis service appointments and OEM vehicle data into the service process, expanding the information available to dealership teams.
The Stellantis MSG is an all-in-one platform integrated with certified SLT partners and designed to improve service efficiency, customer experience, and workshop performance. As a certified SLT partner, myKaarma helps dealerships take full advantage of the MSG platform while maintaining seamless integration with existing dealership systems.
Supported service appointments booked through Mopar.com or participating Stellantis brand sites can flow directly into myKaarma Scheduler and be compared against the dealership’s advisor availability in real time. Stores using myKaarma Mobile Check-In can access data directly from the OEM, including available vehicle information, warranty coverage, existing service contracts, and service history for the VIN.
With a supported Mopar Diagnostic Pod (MDP), current vehicle diagnostics can also appear in Mobile Check-In. After the vehicle is connected to the pod and matched to the VIN, advisors can review available diagnostic trouble codes, mileage, tire pressure, and pod status within myKaarma. That puts current vehicle information in front of the advisor as they complete check-in and prepare the repair order.
“myKaarma has been a strong collaborator throughout this initiative, working closely with our team to develop innovations that support a seamless rollout for dealers and help shape a better service experience,” said Darren Bradshaw, Senior Vice President, Parts & Services, Stellantis North America. “The Mopar Service Gateway is designed to make service interactions more efficient and convenient, and integrations with key SLT partners like myKaarma play an important role in delivering that value.”
“Technology should make the service operation easier for dealerships and better for their customers,” said Ujj Nath, CEO of myKaarma. “For Stellantis dealerships, that means making OEM intelligence easier to use without adding friction to the service lane. Our integration with Mopar Service Gateway brings that information into the technology dealers already rely on.”
