Successful payments in myKaarma will now automatically reflect in CDK Drive

myKaarma now offers an approved Fortellis solution for Payments Settling on CDK. myKaarma will automatically post to CDK all successful transactions taken through myKaarma so Repair Orders are marked as PAID and with the correct tender type.

Benefits:

  • Dealer users no longer need to mark RO as paid with the correct tender type. myKaarma will do it for them.

How it Works:

  • Payment is processed through myKaarma and it is successful
  • myKaarma posts-pushes the details of successful transaction to CDK
  • In CDK it is marked as PAID with the correct tender type (credit-visa, debit-mastercard, cash, check, etc)
  • Service Advisor now needs to only finish closing the RO when appropriate
