Mobile Service allows you to bring the expertise of your dealership to your customer’s preferred location. Your factory-trained technicians become a mobile repair “shop”, with all of the approved tools and equipment to properly inspect and maintain customer Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Schedule customer appointments based on available time slots, service location, job type, traffic patterns, and technician availability. Use the integration with Engage Journey Communications to build a Mobile Service call list for maximum appointment completions.
When Mobile Service appointments are confirmed, an automatic email and/or text will be sent to the customer. Any update made to the appointment will also trigger a message to confirm the changes.
Mobile technicians are provided with all vehicle and service information, as well as navigation to the service location. Technicians will also be able to communicate directly with the customer, or internally within the dealership, if anything changes once on their way.
Once the mobile technician starts the trip, the customer receives an automatic message with the technician’s ETA and a live tracking link. The customer can also contact their technician at any time during the trip.
Mobile technicians easily keep track of their trip and job time while also using the mobile app to take video inspections of the customer vehicle, write down any service notes, and retrieve customer signature.
Once the service trip is complete, the customer will receive a digital copy of their service summary along with any notes, pictures, or videos from their technician.
