As our first Salesforce Developer/Administrator, you will serve as a Sensei of Salesforce within the organization. You will be engaged in the development of custom solutions, integrations, and innovations relative to the Salesforce platform. You will work with members of the different teams and business stakeholders to ensure the seamless flow of information. The rest of the company is primarily engineers from the IITs and top engineering institutions of India

Job Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administration and end-user support to all levels of the organization, including user setup, training, and customization of objects, fields, record types, reports, dashboards, validations, permission sets, and workflows.
Provide ongoing recommendations, documentation, training, and updates to end-users on Salesforce best practices.
Administer, configure, and manage third-party applications connected to Salesforce.
Customize and develop automationx in Salesforce for process changes, software updates, and related efforts.
Standardize procedures for documenting, communicating, and testing code releases from Sandboxes to Production environments.
Document as-is and to-be workflows
Develop, launch, and manage in-depth KPIs, dashboards, and reports for all team functions at both management and individual levels.
Responsible for evaluating new Salesforce features and communicating the business value.
Manage price books and product configurations
