So in HR, we want someone who will strive to implement new ideas, methods, and technologies to better meet the ever-evolving requirements/responses of our human capital. It’s about anticipating future needs, rather than simply finding a response to a currently changing situation. The successful candidate will start by establishing HR processes working side-by-side with our Internal Lean Consultant for a short period till you are ready and transition to leading the HR function of the organization .  One of your key areas of responsibility will be to develop strategies for human capital retention and a constant continuous culture of incremental improvement (kai-zen) . Job Responsibilities:

  • Kaizen and  build objective-driven HR processes 
  • Maintain the work structure by building flexible job requirements suitable for a highly mobile and distributed workforce
  • Support and build processes to support various staff functions by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection
  • Audit and stabilize a repeatable employee onboarding process
  • Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
  • Ensure planning & monitoring of employee review process 
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements as per Labor laws
  • Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Retain historical human resource records by designing a documentation system and keeping past and current records
  • Serve as an advisor to the senior management team on people issues
  • Lead the development of the workforce/people strategy of the organization in the context of an ambitious business growth plan
