What will you do?

  • Evaluate each project as it comes across your desk and promptly act to establish an onsite training time and date.
  • Prepare for each onsite installation by engaging with the store to learn as much as you can about the store and its practices to achieve the best of your ability a “no surprises” installation while onsite.
  • Manage the contract to cash cycle by prompt response to complete training at the earliest possible opportunity.
  • Work closely with the ServiceCart™ Implementation Consultant and the Training Implementation Manager to coordinate successful installations.
  • Work closely with the Deployment, Support, and other teams to respond with a sense of urgency to customer needs/requests.
  • Communicate effectively and participate in the constant improvement of our training process.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Completion of training orders in a timely manner
  • Promptly communicate any barriers to revenue activation
  • Ensure closed projects are completed and billed successfully on internal reporting
  • Become an ‘expert’ with complete and accurate knowledge of all mK products and services
