Urgent Update: Unregistered Number Switch to Toll-Free

ALERT: As of September 1st, all local numbers used by businesses to message their customers will be blocked by the mobile carriers – unless they have previously registered on their networks.

Why did my number switch?

Mobile carriers have set a deadline of September 1, 2023, for all business numbers that use text messages to communicate with customers to register with them in order to reduce spam. Numbers that did not have their registration approved by this date have been switched to toll-free numbers so you do not experience any downtime. 

My business already submitted its registration

The registration process can take 2-4 weeks, so businesses that submit their accurate registration information may need to be switched to toll-free until the registration is approved. If there was an error in your registration, you should have received an email asking for updated information.

I want to register and get my old number back

Please submit the form here, and confirm all information is accurate.

 Once the registration is approved, we will switch your number back to the original one.

What if I do not submit a registration?

If you want to continue to use the toll-free number, you don’t need to take any action. However, there will be a surcharge on your monthly invoice to reflect the higher fees charged for using toll-free messaging and calls.
